Kent Agerlund has Worked as Chief System Center Architect, Certified Trainer, Event Speaker and Author. Almost since the beginning of his professional computer career, he has worked as a certified trainer and consultant.  In recent years, Kent has travelled the globe teaching SCCM and speaking at various conferences and User Groups like Nordic Infrastructure Conference, MMS and TechEd. In 2008 he was one of the co-founders of the Danish System Center User Group .
